We are using IFS version 7.5 SP6
I am trying to find the storage location for all our supplier invoices.
Is there a standard default location that I should be looking in?
Any help will be appreciated.

You can add your documents by creating a document class and linking it to this document class. Sample screens are available below.

+32If you keep them as document revision in IFS Document Management, you can find them all in the Document Revision or Document Revisions screens, if you know what to search for (perhaps the Document Class = INVOICE or similar). If you find them there, and if you ask where the files are stored, physically, you need to check under Edm Basic / Repositories.

I have searched in those directories but cannot see any files.
I am after the file path or folder containing all stored Supplier invoices that were attached to Purchase Orders.

+32Can you find the invoices in Docman (Document Revision)? If you can, then you can find the files.
