Most of our users are currently unable to open certain checked in word documents using document management. IFS APPS 10 UPD13 - Windows 11.
In some cases it will open the document, appear to load (with the watermark flashing across the document) and then close itself immediately. Other times it will look like it will open (windows loading cursor) but not open at all. Some of these documents appear to be password protected.
Other users are getting the error “no view file available, are you sure you want to check in the document?” when when they check out a document, edit and try to check back in.
Any ideas?
