I’m encountering an issue where some users can view attachments without any problems, while others don’t even see the “eye icon” as an option. I’ve been investigating the cause but haven’t had any success so far. Could this be related to a missing projection, or might there be another issue at play?

Do you at least have view access for the second document revision? From the screenshots I noticed that you have all the file operation buttons such as view and edit enabled while in the second screenshot those buttons are not there
