For a customer, we try to configure a FTP repository on document management. But we have an error when we add a document (because IFS don’t find repository).
Our configuration is like this.
Repository Address and Repository for a document class:
Environment : 21R2 on Manage Cloud

FTP and Shared repositories in Docman are only supported in IFS Cloud if you are using the Remote deployment option (previously called "on-premise").
It's not a restriction in Docman itself but probably FTP traffic is stopped through firewalls in a cloud deployed solution.
