From the right-click menu on the document revision screen, execute "File Operations" - "Print Document" to download the target file in the following directory
The directory set in the local checkout path + \temp
Is there a way to print this file without downloading it?
Or is there a way to delete the file immediately after printing?
(The downloaded file is not needed since it is running for the purpose of printing. It would be difficult to manually delete the file each time it is printed.)

Hi Ryo Asada,

Please find below link. This might be able to help you.

Hope this helps.

Hi Roshan Madusanka

Thank you for your information.

I forgat information of IFS version.

We want answer about IFS10….

A document macro can probably do this. The file would be downloaded (how else can it be printed?) but the macro might be able to delete the file afterwards. I say might because the file will probably be locked while printing. Ask ChatGPT to create a vbscript program to do this, and use that as the base of a macro.

Good luck!

Dear Mathias

Thank you for your solution!!

We'll consider the solution you gave me.
