Is there a way to configure to open a file when you press the View button in the attachment without seeing the Select Document Type dialog box?

+32Try to configure how the file should be named under Document Class Process Actions, for the View process and the document class you want to control. Use one of the "Force" options. See if that helps, it might be what keeps the system asking you (to select how to name the file).
