Not able to open documents - Query All

Hi ,

 

We have created an Read-Only Access - (Grant Query All) - but when users are assigned this PS, then they are not able to open the attachments. Which PS part is missing? 

 

When looking at Result Tab of the Document Revision, the User has Edit and View Access.

 

On IFS10

Hi Mike,

 

No, all good with the document(s). Users who haven’t switched can open withou issue.

It’s all documents, no matter where connected.

The same issue from Document Revision window (The View Button is not enabled)

Make sure your perm set is granting view DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE, and more generally the views for EDM_FILE and DOC_TITLE

 

You can also try in Aurena and see if you see the same behavior (View button missing) which is based on this

 

 

EdmStateDb comes from DOC_ISSUE_REFERENCE and since you’re saying the user has at least view or edit access, they should be able to see that button, unless the state is Operation In Progress (which it should not be as you’re saying other users don’t have that issue)
