Customer is getting following error ‘no data found’ when trying to edit and and check-in a document.
Did 'Undo Checkout Document' and then again tried to edit and check in, but still get the error. Anyone has an idea on how to get this resolved? Appreciate any input.

The second error seems to be coming from a trigger so it might be due to a custom even defined. Check if there are any custom events created.
The first error seems to be coming when a doc file is trying to be saved as a txt. Are there any macros defined as well?
