Lock down attachments on Change Order screen

Is it currently possible to lock down items in the attachments pane on the Change Order screen once the CO is in a certain status?

For example, once a CO has gone from ‘Analyzed’ to ‘Approved’, items in the attachments pane can no longer be added, removed, modified.

We are in the Apps10 environment - Thanks in advance.

Hi @jenna.kussman,

There is no such OOTB setup available to prevent documents for certain statuses.

Although, requirement can be achieved using Workflow configuration.
