While attaching media through MWO app to a work task, the photos are appearing as thumbnail, not full-size photo in IFS APPS10 IEE. Is there any settings to set up in media manager?

I tested this in an R&D environment and do not get the same result so there must be a difference.
What version is this and what mWO client version/platform are you using?

Does it work if you add the media item (and image) from IEE?

I am testing with App 10 IEE, UPD 15.
IFS MWO Service 10 version: 10.22.1447.0
The issue cannot be replicated when directly attaching images through the IEE app itself. The problem only arises when attaching images through the MWO app. Do we need to enable any settings to resolve this in media library?

I recommend that you file a case with our support such that they can have a closer look.
By the way, can you double click the thumbnail or the image to have it open up in the built-in viewer? (a floating window that appears)? If that's empty, too, then the image was probably never saved to the database...
