IFS Cloud Document Management. Window "Create Documents" error.

Hello,

 

maybe someone can explain why appears this message <<Attribute acceptedExtensions is not writable on UploadQueue» when opening window “Create Documents” in IFS Cloud.

And the function “Upload” doesn’t work.

What is missed to create multiple documents in this form?

Aurena Agent, Chrom Extention and Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (from Add-ons) are installed.

Which cloud track and service update are you having this issue?. RnD has delivered a fix for “Create Documents” for IFS Cloud from 23R1 SU11 and 23R2 SU4 through case no CS0171143

Yes, my version is 23F2SU2. That will be the problem.
