Hi all, I would need to change every document that is uploaded into the IFS environment so they would have restricted access. I have managed to find an option that will change one selected document (also an option that effects newly imported documents), but I would need to change every single one which is already uploaded. When I try to edit documents in document revisions I do not see such an option in editing window, is something like this possible? Or is the only way to do it a migration job? Thanks for your help.

@KUFI mass update for existing records would be possible only through a migration job.

As Marcel suggest, there's no way to do this with standard commands. Apart from a migration job, it should also be possible to write a custom event action that does it. The code to be written is left as an exercise for the reader 🙃

Why do you want to do this, by the way? And how many documents will have the toggle enabled in the long term. There are performance penalties when enabling the toggle for a majority of documents.
