How to prevent users with view access on document class to unlock/delete connection to object in IFS Cloud ?lou

Hello,

I would like to ask, how to setup few restriction to users with View access in certain Document class. I have user IC.TEST that have View Access to bellow document but he is able to do several strange actions to the document that should not be allowed.

Could you please check and advice how to not allow mentioned actions bellow:

1. Is it possible to restrict edit, delete and unlock options for object connections in tab Objects in Document revision for users that have granted View access through certain Document Class ? If it is possible, could you please recommend me how to set up ?

   

    

2. Second related question is how to disable access to Copy/New option Copy Document Title also for the same specific users with View Access ?

   

    

3. Third related question is how to disable access to Copy File To in File Operations also for the same specific users with View Access ?
