using Cloud 24R2 and experience the following error message within eSign: Error when Sending container for signing

 

any ideas?

Is this perhaps a Remote deployed environment? The esign solution only works with IFS-managed Cloud deployments right now.

Hi Mathias, yes this regards a partner (Addovation inhouse DB) but I can find a customer owned environment. Its just for testing purposes.

Then you have the answer 🙂 - an in-house environment = Remote deployment. It should work in a Demo Studio environment though, if you have access to one of those.
