We received an error when trying to view attachments under a project activity which I have not seen before and I am unsure how to resolve. Please see below:
When I run the debug console for this I get the below error which I also do not fully understand:

All the “Document Types” we have on this page are set to “ORIGINAL”. Is there something I should be changing in here?

Are there any modifications done in that area of IFS or have you installed any Object Connection Transformation rules of your own that might be wrongly setup?

This could be due to wrongly set up object connection transformation rule as Mathias mentioned. Go to object connections transformation window and search by the LU of the page you get the error for “Target LU Name” column and see what values you get. (If you are in Activity window, the LU is Activity)
