Is there a way in Apps 10 or Cloud to send out a pdf statement that is password protected?

+32If you keep the PDF in Docman you might be able to pull that off using a document macro. The macro would password protect the PDF using some external tool that can do that, then send it / open Outlook. I don't have a ready-made recipe for you though, so you need to investigate this on your own.
