Dear community,

I get an error message while creating a new document.

 

Which API or Activities are affacted?

It due to missing data in above page. You may add all file extensions you are working with.

Then it could be a permission issue. The below image is from a IFS Cloud env. As I remember it’s called DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT in APPS10. Give it a go by granting that Permission set to the user.

it is definitive a permission issue and yes with DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT it works. 

But I need to find out the issue because we have our own permission sets. 😊

That’s great @Link. So, is it just a matter of associating DOCUMENT_ATTACHMENT PS with your PSs? Isn’t it?

@Link do you have access to open the Debug Console → Tools → Debug?

Then you could easily see which API is throwing the exception.

yes, you’re right it was also my idea but I want to know the issue. 😀

If I don’t find it out then I will merge them.
