Hello Community,

 

Can anyone tell me what's the functionally document transmittal feature when distribution method is Email/FTP?

And Is there any setup guide available?

​@HoiJewelP pls refer the field description of Distribution Method field.

“The method used to distribute the document. The different methods are: Hardcopy, E-mail and FTP. This field is for informational purposes only and affects nothing else in the system.”

​@HoiJewelP Above is for APP10. For IFS cloud 23R2 onwards for OUT transmittals to launch the email client with attachments when click Send button, the distribution method needs to be set to E-mail. other than that the rest is for information purpose only and no extra setup is required.
