Hi All,
Document management doesn’t seem to be activated even after setting the object connections and permissions. All the users are facing this issue. The issue persists even with IFSAPP login. This issue is with other windows as well. We can’t attach any documents to any window. What might be the issue for this?

Thanks for the information. I have checked the post and suggest the steps to the customer. All the data have been set accordingly. But didn’t resolve the problem.

If the necessary permission is set and the attachment panel is enabled for LU from object connections, it should work correctly. When you say “Document management doesn’t seem to be activated” does that means you cannot get the attachment panel activated for documents or you cannot attach files from the document revision window as well?
