Document Management - Button "New" in Document Class LOV

Hi, 

during workshops in Business Opportunity handling with Customer, I’ve noticed that in window with Document Class selection for attachment, button “New” is available. (Customer environment is IFS Cloud 23.1.1)

This button seems not to do anything - when you press it, it just hangs (icons shows rotation, there is no activity in log4javascript). Can someone from RnD maybe have a look at it? This button is available by mistake, some incomplete functionality,  page configuration or something else ? Anybody else had the same issue and found maybe a solution for it ?

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Business Opportunity (or create a new one) and press “New document” button
  2. In Document Class, in LOV press “Find” option

  3. Notice the “New” button - press it

  4. Notice, that after pressing - the graphic changes to rotation, it stays in this status, there is no reaction from browser or system, nothing is sent.

Hi Marcin,

I was able to experience the same issue in IFS Cloud 23.1.1.
For me, when I click on the + mark. Nothing happens. 
I believe this should be reported via a support ticket. Then our product development team will be able to provide an answer.
