Hi Djedai,
Values for Keep Last Doc Rev parameter are as follows;
•Fixed (F): the Object is always connected to the same Document Revision
•Latest Revision (L): when a new Revision is created, the Object Connection is transferred to the latest Revision
•Latest Released Revision (R): when a new Revision of the Document is Released, the Object Connection will be transferred to the latest Released Revision

An other question.
Is it possible to set the user who create the document in Edition Access Level instead of Admin Access Level. Because by default he is in Admin Acess Level. Is there a permission set ?
Hi Djedai,
The person who creates the document automatically gets admin access being the responsible person of the document. You can change the responsible person and remove the admin rights.

My customer would like to have this automatically. A user create a document and the access level is Edition instead of Admin
because Admin access level allow to update Approval process (remove, update step).
needs an event ? or permissionSet ?
