The attachment section the New and Attach options are greyed out for Jttask screen even if the setup is available in object connection.
is there any other thing we need to consider to make it work ?
tried refreshing cache also doesn’t seems to work.
App version - IFS10
any lead will really appreciated. :)

Please check object connection transformations set up for JtTask . The value we set up for the column “Editable” also have an effect on whether it allows to add new connections or not from the relevant LU.
+19Yes it can most possibly be a Object Connection Transformation rule, JtTask is being set as Target & Editable value is “None”. Could you check that ?
