Has anyone implemented an email notification system in Cloud 23R2 to alert users when a document’s approval routing has been pending for more than a defined number of days?!--endfragment>!--startfragment>
Given that we have the ‘days elapsed’ information for each approval step, I’m convinced it should be possible to implement this using a scheduled database task, but I’m not entirely sure how to proceed!--endfragment>!--startfragment>
