What permission is required for a user to be able to add Object Connections on a document revision?

It depends on the version and screen you are using.
We are currently using APPS10 Aurena.
Looking at the Document Revision, Objects tab. Trying to determine who can add records to this tab.

Try granting the DocReferenceObjectSet with write permissions in the projection behind that page and see if it helps.
