I have Sales Part documents (PDFs) that are occasionally updated. We have been able to attach the Sales Part Document to the Customer Order Line Item. I would like to send them to every customer that orders that sales part. But I only want to send them once, the again if the documents change.
I want to compare the Creation Date of the Sales Part Attachment to the Date the Customer on the Order last ordered the Sales Part. If the Creation Date is Later than the Order Date, send the PDF Document with an Order Confirmation Report.
How do I get the variables to make the comparison to include or exclude the PDF?
Can this be in a Report Rule that would allow the test of all line items? with multiple attachments?
