Hi,

From Attachment Panel of a business object, you can navigate to Document revisions

There, on document revisions page, you do not get Download option, yet you can select multiple records and view, which will download the document to your local check out path. Does this cater your requirement?

Hi All - Does any one know the way to download the attachments from a particular screen in Bulk ?

Is this for IEE or Aurena/IFS Cloud Web Client?

We have the command Copy File To... that can be used from the Document Revisions screen to download many documents to a folder. It's there both in IEE and Aurena/IFS Cloud Web Client.

Hi,  I am looking for similar options where we can download attachments to say multiple invoices / Equipment objects at one. In case of overview screens, the attachment panel goes blank when we select multiple records. Is there any way around?

There is a way, which might or might not be practical in your case: if you can find the documents, either by searching on the document details (class, number, title) or the object details (object type and/or ID), then you can try the Document Object Connections page, as per above. You need the Aurena Agent to be installed and enabled for your environment for the Copy File To command to work. It let's you select a folder to which the files will be downloaded.
