When adding documents to the Audit page from a secured/shared folder on the network with Aurena Agent installed we are receiving an error that it is an illegal path.   When uninstalling the Aurena Agent we are able to use the secured network path.   Unfortunately, we need to have the Aurena Agent installled to use other functions during the Audit process.   Is a secured folder a limitation for Aurena Agent?

Hi @KD1,

This issue might occur if there is a failure to map the network drive to the PC.

Once the network drive is correctly mapped to the user's PC, the error message should no longer appear, even with the Aurena agent enabled. Documents should then be successfully checked in.

Could you please try this and let me know if the issue is resolved?

Best regards,
Asjath

Third-party security testing experts advised us to not allow uploading a file from a network drive (\\server\share\file.txt ) using the Aurena Agent, so we stopped that from happening.

It should work if you map the network share to a drive letter though. Or, you need to copy the files from the share to some local folder temporarily before you upload them.

Those are the options that you have.
