Attachments/Document object connections do not show in Aurena - but it works fine in IEE client
In IEE client you can see the document attachments, but in Aurena, you get an error: ( for end users)
“No Access. Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action. Failed to load attachments. “
This happens because you need to grant the DocumentHome projection access to the permission set connected to the user(s). Also remember to refresh security cache and the Aurena browser after this is done.
