I have been doing emailing DOCMAN files to user by downloading it to a locationa and attaching them. It is a long way.
Is there any new way that IFS APPS10 has introduced to attach and send multiple files?
Sceenario: When releasing a customer order, email with all docman files to external customer.

Long time no see :) Hope you are well.
I am not sure if it is more convenient or not for your use case, but in Apps 10 (or 9, my memory fails me) the framework made some big changes in the Command_SYS mail functionality to make sending e-mails more convenient. I don’t remember the details though, so you need to have a look yourself.
