App10, Aurena, DocMan, Macro, open file in Word

Hi,

IFSAPP10, Aurena with IFS Aurena Agent and IFS Aurena Extension, DocMan with Macro and open Word. When I have use edit document, word file has been checked out according user settings, but word does not open with word file. How can we open world file directly after checkout with Aurena Client?

If you are using a macro, then the macro needs to open the document, as in IEE. The problem is the macro, or the macro is not running. I cannot say which of the options applies to your situation.
