Hi Guys,
Most IFS oriented by Company and site but when we talk about IFS CRM, it is only take COMPANY in consideration. Take BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY for example, right now we created a custom field SITE to deal with the situation, maybe is our understanding that is not good. Can anybody clarify why this?

I believe it is how the system has been designed.
A Business Opportunity is supposed to eventually lead to a Customer (if the opportunity is won).
In the system, a customer is not tied to a site but to the whole company. Therefore, similar to Customer’s design, Business Opportunity must have been tied only to a Company. Once inventory transactions are made related to a business opportunity as a quotation or a customer, a site will be connected. But it will not be connected to a Site initially before the confirmation.
