I found "colsExtTaxCalcMethod" in the Object list in Customer Order Lines. If you know the full name of the term, please let me know.

I also think ‘External Tax Calculation Method’ is the full name. However, this is not visible for English language as well. So, I feel this needs to be further investigated by R&D team.
