We have a simple custom field where users can enter a percentage, i.e., number field restricted to values of between 0 and 100, on our Business Opportunities screen on the General Info section.

We want to force users to populate this field before they exit a particular Sales Process Stage - this sounds like the perfect use case for Sales Process Actions?

When we try to set this up, we don’t see the custom field on the Enter Data dialog:

Can anyone advise how we get custom fields to appear here?

I know this was a restriction in Aurena but I had believed it had been fixed in Cloud at least for simple custom fields.

Hello @LauraB

Why don’t you use the standard field “Opportunity Probability” for this?
