Hello, hivemind.

We receive hundreds of enquiries in our “info@” account every week. 

Our receptionist creates Opportunities or Leads for our Business Development Team, based on whether or not they appear to be an existing Customer. 

Our Marketing Team needs to trace where our enquiries come from.

I really hope that I’m missing a trick, but I can’t see any way of monitoring where an enquiriy came from when it’s for an existing Customer or how to follow that enquiry through to fruition?
