Total invoiced not showing up in confirmation of customer Order

Hello ,

Ifs version : aurena 

since we installed Ifs version aurena, (we are in the testing phase) the total Amount invoiced not showing up in somes reports (confirmation of customer order /Invoice ) .. A set up is missing (per Company or site ) to display the amounts with taxes on th reports .
