Sleep customer?

Hi all,

Apps 10 upd 11 /& upd14.

There is a rmb on the customer screen to sleep.

What is the point of this button? i cant find any help docs on it.

All i can see it is doing is putting a session db lock on for 11 minutes which is most unhelpful.

Hello, could you post a screenshot with the RMB button please? Just went into a customer record to test this but unable to find the sleep button.
