scrapping 10 to 15 parts in signal MRB

Hi All,

 

is any option available in IFS to create MRB and scrap 10 to 15 parts in single MRB .

I want to scrap 10 parts which is available in part in stock.

Not want to scrap directly and  need MRB for documenting  also not want to create  10 to 15 MRB for single  parts

HI @pramodka46 , yes you can create a single MRB case and scrap multiple parts. For this you need to specify the quantity of the part that you need to add to the MRB Case in the MRB Quantity field of Create MRB Case dialog box.

 

Then you can record the Inspections / Dispositions for quantities you want and proceed with scrapping.

My requirement is I want to add different part number in single MRB case.

 

like PART A, PART B, PART C should be come in single MRB for scrapping.

monthly I need to scrap 50 to 100 parts and I not want to create 50 to 100 MRB per parts.

consolidated one  MRB for all parts.

Hi @pramodka46, unfortunately that is not possible. Because in a MRB case, we need to specify a Part number in the header level. Therefore, a MRB case will be created for only one part.
