sales quotation line not showing discount(%)

Hi,

Where are you expecting the discount to come from?

The line discount percentage that is retrieved automatically by the system, based on the pricing functionality. Discounts in campaigns, agreements, price lists, customer basic data and customer hierarchy (if applicable) are taken into consideration. This discount can be single (follows only the discount priority hierarchy) or multiple (follows both the price and the discount priority hierarchy), depending on the setting of the site. This percentage can also be manually edited by changing line discounts in the order/quotation. If the discount is manually entered when the quotation/order line is entered this will override the automatic retrieval of discounts. In this case a discount line is created with a discount type according to the default discount type defined on the Site/Extended Site Info/Sales and Procurement tab.

As Anushka already mentioned, discount fetching hierarchy is

• Manually entered Customer agreements in CO (exclude auto pricing flag is active)
• Campaign
• Customer agreement (automatically fetched to CO if exclude auto pricing flag if false)
• Price list
• Customer Record
• Customer hierarchy

If single discount is selected at site level, system selects the discount at highest priority level in the above hierarchy.

If multiple discounts option is selected, the system only retrieves multiple discounts when the Price-related and the non-Price related combination exists in the discount hierarchy

Although multiple discounts option is set, two non-price related discounts or two price -related discount cannot be combined. The multiple-discount requires a combination of one price related (ex: Customer agreement\Deal Per Part or Sales Price List) and one non-price-related discount. (ex: Customer agreement\Deal Per sales group or Customer\Order-discount group)
