sales offer revision

I assume you are asking about sales quotations.

A new revision of a sales quotation is generated by the system, if you make a change after the quote is communicated to the customer (print/mail). According to IFS help, changes to following would trigger a revision change.

Header:

Coordinator
Expiration Date
Delivery Terms
Ship Via
Payment Terms
Wanted Delivery Date
Salesperson
Delivery Address

Line:

Charges
Quotation Line
Quantities
Prices
Supply Code
Wanted Delivery Date
Delivery Terms
Ship Via
Promised Delivery Date
Discounts
Price-breaks
Delivery Address

There is no snapshot type saving of each revision, however, you can view the changes in quotation header and line history. But if you want to keep a complete image of how the quote look like in each revision, maybe you can do an export to excel/migration?
