Hi,

It is possible to connect Sales Contract with Customer Order:

My question: Is this only a connection without functionally or is there are functionalities?

I did not found information in Help.

Many thanks.

BR

Can

@Can This is a functionality. Via this functionality we can manage contracts and the financial control of the contracts which can be critical to contract-intensive businesses. Kindly refer below page help for further information

Hi I am interested in this functionality. But the link provided has expired. Please can re-send or explain? Thank you!

@tunstalltom here is the public documentation regarding Sales Contract Mgmt:

Sales Contract Management (ifs.com)

@tunstalltom : Hi,

If Sales Contract may require parts to be delivered, Use Customer Order to “deliver” the part with Sales Contract Connection
• Create Sales Contract Item – dont add sales part
• Contract and Customer Order must be in same Company / Site
• Sales Contract status needs to be Active to make connection
• Create and connect Customer Order while status = Planned
• Process Sales Contract / AFP for invoicing
• Process Customer Order for delivery (once delivered, order status will automatically => Invoiced/Closed without
invoicing from Customer Order)

Please check. Hope this is helpful :)
