Customers are requesting the ability to create a Business Activity for an existing Sales Quotation.
In APPS 10, it was not possible to create a Sales Quotation directly from a Business Activity. To create a Sales Quotation, the user first had to create a Business Opportunity from the Business Activity.
In IFS Cloud, the option to create a new Sales Quotation directly from a Business Activity was introduced. However, the standard design does not provide an option to connect a Business Activity to an existing Sales Quotation.
Therefore, the customer’s request is to enable the association of a Business Activity with an existing Sales Quotation.
