Hi everyone,

 

I would like to know why I can’t see the attachments in my business mail in IFS Apps 10 Aurena while I see it in IFS Apps 10 in EE.

See the screen on below :

In EE we can see the attachments

 

 

In Aurena for the same business mail we can’t :

Hi Christèle,
Can you first check if the attached document is viewable one in IEE?
You can set the document viewing type to icons in IEE and see if any document is greyed out or not.

The ones with greyed out will not be visible in Aurena even though they appear in IEE side.

Any other available document should be visible in Aurena as same as in IEE.

Yes my document is viewable as you see on the screenshot on below and the attached document is not greyed out.

but in Aurena I can’t see it :

Do you see the document1200597 in Aurena document revision form?
If so can you try attaching the same document to this business mail with “Attach existing” option?

If this works, then you can use it as a workaround for the time being.
