We are using Apps10 Aurena and we have successfully installed CRM Panel into Outlook for one user to carry out tests but it is not installing successfully on my machine.
I am able to install the Add-in and it is showing as installed in 365 but it is not showing in my Outlook client.
I am on the same version of Outlook as my colleague where it has worked, I’m using the same XML file too.
Has anyone else had trouble with this? Are we missing something?
