We are using Apps10 Aurena and we have successfully installed CRM Panel into Outlook for one user to carry out tests but it is not installing successfully on my machine.

I am able to install the Add-in and it is showing as installed in 365 but it is not showing in my Outlook client.

I am on the same version of Outlook as my colleague where it has worked, I’m using the same XML file too.

Has anyone else had trouble with this? Are we missing something?

So basically it is working in outlook web but add-in icons are not shown in outlook desktop client?

If so could you please check following is checked in your outlook client?

Thanks @Masheesh , I’ve passed that on to our IT department to look into further as it’s an admin controlled setting under our policies. Fingers crossed that’s it!
