Trying to update NCR with either Custom Event or Background Job and receive ORA-020115: NonConformanceReport. The "Non Conformance Report" has already been removed by another user.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue.

This error normally comes when the system cannot find the record in the table. In this case the given NCR No is not there in table - non_conformance_report_tab. You may check whether it is available in the Non Conformance Report window
