We are using IFS App 10 and when we creating MRN in Warehouse Management It’s automatically goes to release status. we need to get it first in planned status and after that authorization form authorized member need to change release status. Can it be done...how apply approval level for that

If you are referring to material requisition, yes, this is working as designed:
“
- Planned: If you do not want to consider the requisition, as a demand in IFS Application, status can be changed to Planned manually.
- Released: The requisition is handled as a demand in IFS Applications. This is the default status. When the material requisition is created, the status will be set to Released. It is possible to reserve the lines in this status”
So first status of the material requisition header is Released. But you can set it to Planned status with the RMB option.
In case you want to set it automatically to Planned status, you can configure a custom event that emulates the ‘Plan’ RMB option once the material requisition is created.
