Issue with Same Day Delivery Orders in Quick Customer Order Registration – IFS 24 R1
Since upgrading from IFS 22 R2 to IFS 24 R1, we’ve encountered an issue when creating same day delivery orders using Quick Customer Order Registration.
The 'Wanted Delivery Date/Time' field in the order header no longer updates the 'Planned Delivery Date/Time' or 'Planned Ship Date/Time' in the customer order lines as it did previously.
Expected Behaviour (in 22 R2):

When raising an order, the 'Wanted Delivery Date/Time' defaults to the next working day.

For same day deliveries, our Sales Team would update this field in the header to the current date.

This change would automatically flow through to the 'Planned Delivery Date/Time' and 'Planned Ship Date/Time' in the order lines.
Current Behaviour (in 24 R1):

The 'Wanted Delivery Date/Time' and 'Target Date/Time' match the amended date from the Quick Customer Order Registration header.

However, the 'Planned Delivery Date/Time' and 'Planned Ship Date/Time' in the order lines still show as the next working day.
When setting the lines manually to 02-July-2025 (today) and saving, the following messages show as it reverts them back to the 03-July-2025 (tomorrow).

Has anyone else experienced this issue in 24 R1, or found a workaround to ensure the planned dates align with the updated same day delivery date?
