Is there a way to get a snapshot of Customer Order Reliability of earlier months? I want to know if there is an option to see a snapshot of the pending delivery quantity per month end similar to Inventory Value per period.

I’m not aware such window to see the pending delivery quantities per month end similar to Inventory Value per period. But you can use “Supply Status per customer order” screen to find information regarding the quantity of parts remaining to be delivered per customer order line, but not the sum of the quantity per month.

+18Detail statistics can be created for backlog of orders, invoiced sales, delivery reliability, and for delivery quality. The statistics is a snapshot for each of these choices and can be created once a day. In order to retrieve information you have to create customer order detail statistics.
Statistics will be created for backlog of orders, invoiced sales, delivery reliability, or delivery quality. This can be used for the follow-up.
- Go to Create Customer Order Detail Statistics
- You can select the statistics type - eg: Delivery reliability, Quality reliability
