We are finding that many of the slide-out screens are lacking fields meaning you can only do half what you want to do from the slide-out then go back to another screen to finish.
E.g. If you want to set up a contact on a customer, you have to add the contact on the slide-out which only shows basic fields, then we have to go into the CRM section to complete the setup of the contact which isn’t efficient.
We want to add a number of fields to the slide-outs to make things more efficient and user friendly.
How can we achieve this?
Thanks

Hi,
Slide-outs (known as Dialogs in IFS, thanks to old IFS clients) can be modified. You will find them in your Page designer in All Pages, section.
Step 1:
Step 2:
Step 3:
If what you are looking for is not there as an element available to be added, you might have to start with amending projections too.
Hope this helps

Hi Asanka, @AsankaGaru
Thank you for your answer, if I narrowed down the result we are looking for could you provide further guidance as to whether it is possible without customisation (i.e. using IFS Developer Studio/Build Place)?
When creating this contact manually from the Account Contact page, there is a field available called ‘Campaign Interest’. Is it possible to add this to the AddCustomerContactDialog?
See the screenshot below:
On the right you can see the Account Contact page that shows the Campaign Interest field available, on the left you can see page designer open, this shows the fields available to us within the CustomerContactStructure>ContactDetailsFieldSet.
Can we add fields to this Structure>FieldSet or add a new Structure>FieldSet that will allow us to set Campaign Interest from within the dialog?
Many thanks,
Pete
@AsankaGaru do you have any more thoughts on the above? Thanks.
