When it comes to Unit based price lists, you are able to offset by positive or negative from amount or percentage using “Update Unit based Price Lists” . Would it fulfill your requirement ?
+18You can go to Sales Part Base Prices window and update the base prices by percentage and then update sales price list.
- Go to Sales Part Base Prices window
- Right click
- Update base prices and you can select the percentage option
- Right click again, Update sales price lists from base prices
