How to perform Register directly delivery for a shipment

HI ​@Ashni Nayanthara , you register the direct delivery for the demand site purchase order, but not the shipment in supply site. 

You should deliver the shipment as usual from supply site and then you can register direct delivery for the PO in demand site.

Let's assume, I send one shipment from sea cargo and another from Air cargo for same demand order from same supply order. Now, whichever shipment deliver first to end customer need to be marked as delivered. Now issue is, at register directly delivery page, as you mentioned, no reference for supply site attributes.

Only option I have at the moment is, searching line by line on register direct delivery page to mark air cargo has been truly delivered. Any other suggestions are highly appreciated.

We have the DIRDEL message which you can send from the supply site. You can configure this to be sent automatically from supply site. Then this will end up in Incoming Delivery Notification. You can configure if the Incoming Delivery Notification should be approved directly i.e. register direct delivery is done for the content or if that should be done manually. It seems as if you would like to do it manually based on indication from end customer. I have not tested this flow / feature in a while but I think this will help unless I have misunderstood the scenario?

Hi ​@Ashni Nayanthara yes, I think you will have to search the PO lines that were delivered from the supply site and register the direct delivery only for them. I think you can query by the PO number and Purch Qty to Deliver > 0 to view the delivered lines.
